Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Awatere & Wairau Valleys are blended with a splash of Merlot from vines in Hawke's Bay. Individual parcels were fermented separately in stainless steel to enhance their fruit flavors and enhance aromatics. An attractive pink hue. Shows lively notes of fresh herbs and red berries. Tasting notes: The palate is full and lively with juicy fruit characters, followed by a long, crisp, mineral finish.
