Westland’s Garryana American Single Malt is the ongoing exploration of a species of oak found only in the Pacific Northwest. Edition 9 highlights the tension between lighter elements on the palate like Pale Malt and Oloroso Sherry casks, in contrast to the darker profile of the Garry Oak casks.
