Delicate aromas red and black berries underlined by subtle smoky and forest floor. Bottled in July then minimum one year of ageing. Tasting notes: Beautifully structured mouthfeel, combines fruitiness – Morello cherries and kirsch – with supple, velvety tannins and juicy freshness. Pairs well with: Delicious as an aperitif with ham, charcuterie, or bruschetta. Pair with roast poultry, vegetable tempura, plancha, Japanese barbecue with vegetables or meat, and smokey fish.
