Travaglini Gattinara Tre Vigne

Aged for 4 years; 3 of which in Slavonian oak casks (80%). 20% is aged 1 year in barriques, then blended. Final blend rests in bottle for 10 months. Recommended aging 3– 15 years and beyond. Tasting notes: Aromas of ripe berries and bitter cherries. The palate demonstrates complex flavors of ripe black cherry, smoke, spice and mushroom, with some earthy tones. Pairs well with: A perfect match for steak, lamb, roasted vegetables and aged cheeses
