The nose of the 2016 Gran Torelló Brut Nature was like entering a bakery with aromas of freshly baked brioche, bread dough, toasted bread and a mixture of flowers, herbs and white fruit. It’s attractive, clean and elegant, with a balanced palate and very fine bubbles from the over 80 months the wine spent with lees in bottles closed with natural cork after re-fermenting. It’s complex and delicious.
