Sartarelli Brut Spumante

It is of a brilliant straw yellow color and has a bouquet of apple, fruit, lemon verbena, almond aromas and hints of yeasts. It has a fresh but not intrusive acidity, citrus fruit flavors, with a nice, fine persistent perlage.
