Dom Ruinart Rosé is a rare champagne, owing its unique character to its selection of Grand Crus: 80% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly) and the Montagne de Reims (Sillery, Verzenay) blended with 20% Pinot Noir, vinified as red wine, entirely from the Grand Cru vineyard in Aÿ. The original nature of this blend, largely dominated by Chardonnay provides this wine with remarkable freshness.
