Soil Type: Tufa and calcareous
Vineyard Sites: Puglia Region – south of Italy
Fermentation Method: Soft pressing and maceration at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in French oak barrels for 8 months and 6 months in bottles.
Tasting notes: Ruby red color. Notes of blackberries and prunes with unique vanilla and spice finish. This is a full body wine, extremely balanced and persistent.
