Typical notes of Noto Nero d’Avola like mulberry and plum together with bay, incense and balsamic notes are balanced and made lively by the vibrant Merlot. The wine is aged for 10 months in two- and three-year old Allier oak barriques. Tasting notes: Harmonic acidity and soft tannins are characterizing the palate. Pairs well with: From pork to lamb, the wine expresses itself best with all grilled meats. Also try with traditional ‘salsiccia sul coppo’ or pair with sweet and sour sauces.
