The rich aroma as well as the excellent acidity makes this wine crisp, rich and particularly elegant. On the nose, elegant notes of flowers blend with typical tones of green apple and spices. On the palate the wine shows green peach and pear-driven fruit notes in a full-bodied style with baking spice and a richness not commonly found in Pinot Bianco.
