The purest winemaking possible is practiced – the wines are sustainably produced, using all native yeasts and no oak or malolactic fermentation. The Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling has the perfect amount of residual sugar, and is a fantastic pairing with a spicy fare! Tasting notes: Sweet, bright acidity with pineapple and white peach.
