Straw yellow in color, this wine displays aromas of white flowers, yellow peach, almonds, apples and exotic fruits. The palate is rich, full bodied and wonderfully balanced, with a crisp yet refreshing acidity, a nutty complexity, layers upon layers of gentle minerality and a persistently long finish. A delicious and mouth watering wine to be enjoyed immediately, but can also age for up to 10 years. It is at its best when slightly chilled and a great accompaniment to fish, cheeses, light pasta dishes or simply on its own as an apperitif.
