Montelobos Ensamble is approximately 53% agave Cupreata and 35% agave Espadin along with the tails from Montelobos Tobala.
Tasting notes: Roasted red berries and apple, with a touch of green pepper. Soon enough, tarragon, thyme and fennel develop, alongside a hearty helping of mineral-rich smoke.
