Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon

2023 Master Blender of the Year, Heather Greene, created this batch of three hand-selected straight bourbon whiskies from three different states that results in a perfectly balanced whiskey: Texas Bourbon for a pop of spice, Kentucky Bourbon for vanillas and fruits plus Vintage Tennessee Bourbon for structure and tannins. Our whiskey team distill in both Blanco, Texas and Bardstown, Kentucky. The mash bill for both our Texas and Kentucky distillates is 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% barley with our proprietary yeast recipe. The whiskey is aged in barrels across three states before they come to Texas for final aging, batching, proofing and bottling. Enjoy neat, on the rocks or in your favorite cocktail. Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon was awarded 93 Points by Wine Enthusiast, Double Gold at San Francisco Wine & Spirits and Gold at the Ascot Awards. Tasting notes: Color: Deep gold. Nose: Refined and elegant, with pops of vanilla, florals and spice. Palate: Creamy and soft, surprisingly smooth for a 94 proof spirit. Finish: Medium warm finish, with structure and tannins.
