Mendel Sémillon

Mendel Semillon is the maximum expression of this old white grape variety in a still wine. It clearly presents its varietal notes such as white flowers and honey, as well as some herbaceous and tropical fruit notes that give it complexity. Its passage through wood gives it notes of coconut and soft smoked and great volume and smoothness in the mouth. It is a complex, elegant and very pleasant wine to drink. Tasting notes: Enjoy fresh, clean citric and herbal notes. Flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, coconut, and caramel are elegant and soft on the palate. A lovely dose of crisp acidity provides a texture similar to that of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc combined. A super dry and clean finish may make this the ultimate seafood wine.
