Louis Jadot Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume

Grape : Chardonnay Fourchaume is a large Chablis premier cru, with southeast exposure and typical white soils of Kimmeridgean clay. The wine ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank and ages in both tank and large oak casks. Vinification and Maturation: After a soft pressing, part of the juice is fermented in "double barrels" of 406 litres produced by our cooperage Cadus. The other part is vinied and aged in stainless steel vats. Aging usually lasts 13 to 15 months on ne lies before bottling.
