Lighthouse New Zealand Gin

On the southernmost tip of the North Island of New Zealand, under the watch of the iconic Cape Palliser lighthouse, we blend pure mountain spring water with hand-zested naval oranges, yen ben lemons and hints of native botanicals - including leaves of the peppery native botanicals - to create a premium gin of exceptional flavour and complexity. Each batch has its own subtle flavour, which may best be appreciated in a dry martini, a refreshingly flavoursome G&T, or on the rocks!
