Sangiovese from the Chianti Classico DOCG, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for about ten days, aged in stainless steel vats for about 7 months, aged in bottle for two months.
Tasting notes: Inviting aromas of black cherries, plums and sweet spices, with notes of roses and black pepper, elegant and lush on the palate with ripe round tannins and a long finish.
