A beautiful pale straw color and day bright, the wine is super clean. The nose has hints of lemon yogurt, pineapple and yellow pear. In the mouth, the pear, pineapple and lemon remain with the addition of ripe honeydew melon and a tinge of salinity on the finish. Moderate alcohol with balanced acid complete a true Sonoma style chardonnay that is the perfect complement to sushi or mild, soft cheeses.
