Gran Centenario Tequila Cristalino

Gran Centenario® Cristalino is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown primarily in the Jalisco Highlands, using agave aged a minimum of 5.5 years. The agave is slow-cooked in masonry ovens, milled, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and double-distilled in copper pot stills before being aged 16–24 months in medium-char American oak barrels. To finish, the tequila is aged an additional 2–4 months in Calvados barrels and undergoes charcoal filtration with Mexican silver for a smooth, refined character. (ABV 40% – 80 proof). Tasting notes: Color: clear, shiny and transparent liquid with hints of silver. Aroma: Cooked agave and caramel are predominant, with hints of vanilla, oak, apple and frutal notes. Flavor: Sweet and round in the mouth, shows long and intense in retro-olfaction.
