Our Fairbanks’s Ruby Port has hints of cinnamon, clove and dark chocolate on the nose, followed by intense, full bodied flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum with an acidic medium-long finish. Tasting notes: Serve as an after-dinner aperitif or pair with a roasted duck, pâté, pork medallions or chicken with mushrooms. Add our Tawny Port to chocolate cakes, marinades and sauces to add richness and flavor, or as a reduction sauce for savory dishes such as stews and casseroles.
