Dos Maderas, meaning "Two Woods," is derived from the innovative multi-cask Solera aging process. Paola Medina, the Master Blender, Technical Director & Winemaker at Bodegas Williams & Humbert, belongs to the second generation of the Medina family, owners of leading Jerez winery Bodegas Williams & Humbert. Dos Maderas Seleccion is a blend of Dos Maderas 5 + 5 casks and 10-year-old blends of Barbados and Guyana rums, which have been matured in ex- bourbon casks. Tasting notes: Deep amber in color with complex notes of raisin, fig, mocha and fudge, A smooth full-bodied palate bursting with notes of fried fig, vanilla, and dusty cocoa and along finish of PX sherry.
