Domaine Weinbach Vin d'Alsace Sylvaner Réserve

Very aromatic on the nose. Some salty character that follows through on to the palate. Quite creamy for this varietal. Lemon and pear character, too, with very racy acidity and a bit of effervescence on the finish along with a hint of popcorn.
