Straw yellow color, with very fine bubbles. The very expressive nose reveals floral notes of white flowers, vine peach, aromas of toast and almond. The palate is elegant, long and smooth, the aromas are ripe (apple, pear) and melted. The finish offers an aromatic persistence that seems to go on forever.
