Varieatals : Cabernet Franc.
Viticulture : Farmed using biodynamic methods and harvested by hand.
Vinification : Long and gentle macerations are employed (often over 30 days) and fermented in tank using natural yeasts.
Aging : Aged 18 months in second passage barriques.
