Cru Wine Company GSM Paso Robles

GSM stands for Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, three grapes traditionally grown and blended together in the Rhône region of France. We took inspiration from this classic blend to create our own GSM wine that showcases the red fruits and rich flavors. This complex wine opens with jammy fruit notes of raspberry and black cherry that develop into aromas of leather and baking spices. The mouth is packed with flavors of raspberry, blackberry and lavender. Well-balanced tannins and dark chocolate finish out the savory finish. The abundance of flavors in this wine makes it ideal for pairing with big flavors. We recommend trying it with Mediterranean steak kebabs.
