Corte San Ruffillo Fritz Frizzantino Baldanzoso

In the glass it is straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a fairly fine, numerous and persistent perlage. As soon as you approach it to the nose, this wine speaks clearly: the crunchy notes of citrus, orange blossom, bergamot are accompanied by nuances of yeast, bread crust, pastry which, on the finish, leave room for a mineral note of chalk. In the mouth it shows all its dynamism and vivacity: Fritz is rightly taut, fresh and mineral, on the finish we find its characteristic chalky minerality.
