60% Grenache Noir, 40% Syrah Selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. Grapes are pressed directly without a maceration to get a light color. Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Bottling in November. High Environmental Value level 3 vineyard. Sustainable, low-impact farming. Bush vines for the Grenache, spur prune for the Syrah. Stony, black schist soil, with loam, in the Agly Valley. Vine age: 40-80 years. Tasting notes: A gregariously friendly Rosé with citrus and floral aromas and delicate strawberry flavors. Mineral notes come from the black slate soils. With a lively acidity but a decadent richness of fruit, this wine tastes like summer in a glass and is the perfect way to welcome guests to your next BBQ.
