“Le Clos” Château-Fuissé monopoly (2.7 ha) is a legendary plot surrounding the Château de Fuissé. The succession of its clay-limestone strata gives it its geological particularity. This south-east facing plot whose average age of vines exceeds 50 years. Tasting Notes Color: Clean pale yellow with hints of green and a nice brilliance. Nose: Crisp, ripe fruits and powerful, toasted bread, fresh almonds and hints of fresh butter. Lots of finesse, elegance, white flowers and some mineral. Mouthfeel: Very nice, dense and concentrated, powerful with the beautiful complexity of the vintage. Ripe and crisp with a touch of exotic. Harmony: Long on the palate, rich and elegant at the time.
