A minimum of 12 months of aging imparts a creamy complexity balanced by an elegant mouthfeel. Tasting notes: On the eye, it has a vibrant straw yellow, with an energetic bead and mousse. On the nose, it shows pronounced fruity notes, led by green apple, citrus and pear, supported by floral aromas of white flowers. Subtle toasty, biscuit, almond and brioche notes add depth. On the palate, it is creamy and lively, with bright acidity and a long finish.
