Grapes for Brut Rosé are sourced from multiple cool-climate appellations, ensuring complexity and consistency in this vibrant, smooth style. A minimum of 12 months' aging imparts a creamy complexity, balanced by juicy red-fruit notes. Tasting notes: On the eye, it has a vibrant pink, with an energetic bead and mousse. On the nose, it shows fruity notes, led by strawberry, red cherry, raspberry tart, red currant and pomegranate. Subtle toasty, pastry/scone and brioche notes add depth. On the palate, it is creamy and lively, with bright acidity and a long finish. Pairs well with: Grilled burgers, paella, smoked salmon, gumbo, duck fat fries.
