A balanced mouthfeel with flavors of redcurrant and black cherry supported by sweet, round tannins. Culminates in a long finish with notes of cloves and cinnamon. 30% oak aged for three months (50% French & 50% American). Excellent with barbecued dishes, burgers, spicy quesadillas and tacos, roasted pork, duck, and honey baked ham.
