Intense aromas of white flowers and apricot on the nose. Balanced and soft palate with notes of peaches, tropical fruit, and a hint of jasmine. This unaged white is bottled soon after harvest, to preserve freshness and fruit character. Pairs well with pasta in cream or garlic sauce, chicken dishes, salads, and a variety of cheeses.
