The mouth is is rich and fresh with a lingering intense mineral finish enhanced with a low dosage. You’ll be left with gorgeous hints of apples and a mineral of spices which complex this wine into a league of its own. A process which sees 10 different personnel decorate this bottle, starting with intense cleaning of the glass, hand applied silver plating, base chrome layer then colour chrome finish, hand polished before embossed labels applied by hand and branded foils, each bottle is completed in a grey & black velvet dust bag.
