This Napa Cab is a big, dark and brooding wine. The nose shows black currant, cocoa powder, and saddle leather. In the mouth, the wine’s broad, soft tannins are layered with ripe black cherry, a hint of bacon, smokey oak and a touch of nutmeg compliment the lengthy finish.
