Densely planted vineyards produce low average yields, allowing wines with concentration, complexity and considerable aging potential. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, then the wine is macerated in steel vats before malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged in large Slavonian oak casks and in bottle before release\n\nTasting notes: Very complex and fine aromas that delicately and constantly come out and increase.
