Our moonshine is a corn whiskey made from 80% New York State organic corn and 20% malted barley. Moonshine reflects the skill and ambition of the distiller. Any whiskey can be improved with barrel aging, but white whiskey is a distiller’s most challenging spirit and a measure of the distiller's talent.
