The agave is slow-cooked in masonry ovens, milled, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and double-distilled in copper pot stills before being aged 16–24 months in medium-char American oak barrels. To finish, the tequila is aged an additional 2–4 months in Calvados barrels and undergoes charcoal filtration with Mexican silver for a smooth, refined character.
